Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup raspberries, halved

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ¼ cup raw pecans, crushed

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Salt, to taste



Directions


Prep

  1. Line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Slice strawberries, halve raspberries, and crush pecans.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.


Make

  1. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment-lined baking pan.

  2. Top with sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and crushed pecans.

  3. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.

  4. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces using a chef’s knife.

  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
