Ingredients
6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup raspberries, halved
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup raw pecans, crushed
2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
Salt, to taste
Directions
Prep
Line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper.
Slice strawberries, halve raspberries, and crush pecans.
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Make
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment-lined baking pan.
Top with sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and crushed pecans.
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces using a chef’s knife.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
